To book an appointment, please use our online booking system. New patients will receive an email containing a link to our secure patient portal, where you can complete all necessary forms in advance. If you encounter any issues accessing the portal, please reach out to our office for assistance at 408-516-1414. All appointments require a credit card on file to secure your booking.

FACIAL POLICY

In the event of a no-show or a cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee of $150 will be deducted from your deposit and/or credit card on file.

Appointment Duration and Punctuality: Each facial appointment is scheduled for a duration of 25 -70 minutes depending on the treatment. Please note that if you arrive later than your scheduled time, only the remaining time will be utilized to complete the facial.

DEPOSIT POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable and can only be used as credit towards future services or products. However, if you do not show or cancel your appointment within 24 hours ( 72 hours for PDO Lift & Sculptra), the deposit will be forfeited. In the event that the client does not receive the scheduled treatment(s), deposit(s) will be forfeited. We advise scheduling a complimentary consultation for uncertain treatments that require a deposit.

No charges will apply if you provide us with more than 24 hours advance notice (72-hour advance notice for PDO lift & Sculptra treatments) to reschedule your appointment. If you need to contact us after regular business hours, please leave a message with our answering service, and we will retrieve your message on the next business day and process your request accordingly.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please inform our office at least 24 hours in advance (72-hour advance notice for PDO lift & Sculptra treatments) if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and by notifying us in advance, we can accommodate other patients and respect our providers’ time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to the credit card you provided to secure your appointment.

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULT POLICY

Consultations are provided as a complimentary service to all customers. However, if no treatment has occurred between complimentary visits, a fee of $150 will be applied. In the event that you fail to provide the required 24-hour notice of cancellation and do not attend the scheduled complimentary consultation, a no-show fee of $75 will be automatically charged to the credit card you provided to secure your appointment.

ALLE/ASPIRE POLICY

It is the responsibility of the client to verify that their points are either awarded or redeemed during the checkout process. Reward points will be awarded specifically for the product that was received during your treatment.

RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

To initiate a return, customers must contact our office within 30 days of the original purchase date. The returned products must contain at least 50% of the original product. Upon approval of the return request, we will refund the full amount of the purchase to the original payment method used for the transaction.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Upon processing your order, a representative from B.TOX.BAR. will contact you to coordinate the delivery of your Gift Card. You may choose between receiving an E-Gift Card via email or a physical Gift Card shipped to your designated address.

Gift Cards may only be applied towards the purchase of professional services or skincare products offered by B.TOX.BAR. Gift Cards cannot be applied to the purchase of other Gift Cards. Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be shared, or transferred to any other individual. Gift Cards are non-refundable and have no expiration date. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift Card holders are solely responsible for the security and use of their Gift Cards.

PACKAGE POLICY

Payment for all packages is due in full at the time of purchase. All packages purchased are non-refundable. If you’re unable to use the remaining credits from your package, you have the option to apply them towards other treatments or products at their regular, full price.
